Great company. Great customer service.

Had a question about a product. Got someone on the phone quickly. Information retrieved and question answered quickly. Product shipped same day, and arrived looking and functioning exactly as advertised.

Very nice customer service!

I was first disappointed because the card stand was damaged when we received it. My husband carefully fixed it and he said maybe because of transit. When I talked to the CS, she was very good and explained what might had happened which is understandable. Yes, I will order again in the future when needs arises because they were very professional.

I ordered 3 display racks and was impressed with the product and the fast shipping! BUT THEN I noticed a problem with one of them. I filled out the survey they send out, explaining the problem.. I received TWO replies within a couple days! They took care of the situation instantly! I would gladly buy from them again!

Excellent customer service!

We had some issues with a display breaking upon arrival and they replaced it with no issues at all. Customer service was wonderful and a rep contacted me as soon as I left a review. I am impressed with how they made it right after I was not happy originally. I'd buy from them again because of that.

SO good to work with this company

SO good to work with this company. The price is great, and the service and shipping time can NOT be beat these days. I don't have need to order much more from them, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone else.

I thought the wheels were swivel and…

I thought the wheels were swivel and there was another handle. This model adds work to what you are doing. I put a statue(in box) in my van and when I take it out the box is cumbersome, to pull out as you have to be careful it doesn't hit ground.

Displays2Go grid walls are beautiful and easy to set up

I love my displays2Go grid walls. They look great and are very easy and light to put together. I am a 65 year old woman and I had no problems setting up. The only issue is I need two more and they have been out of stock for awhile.

The product is great!

The product is great!!

The display was so easy to set up and it came with a travel case. Love how it is lightweight and customizable. Hoping to get a wrap on the front soon. Sometimes the overlapping magnets can slide off. But it is very easy to situate back.

Wrong Parts

I ordered 5 display stands. Each stand came in three different boxes. For all 5, 1 of the 3 boxes was a wrong part. This happens and is not why I am giving them 1 star. I called them to get the right part it seemed like they were going to make it right in which case I would have given a 5-star rating. I even bragged to a coworker about how quickly they answered the phone and made it right. Then, twice I had to call back and have them ship it. Then when they finally did, they only shipped one of the 5 pieces. This whole situation was a disaster.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Displays2Go?

Terribly frustrating. You can never just get ahold of anyone. You just sit on hold for an hour or more

The initial contact via email was easy but after they promised to issue a refund, I had to keep following up on the refund status and they stopped responding.

Is Displays2Go a scam or a legit company?

I feel as though this company is a scam based on the way they advertise their product through Walmart. The item looks GREAT online but when you receive the item it's very poor quality and they don't the refund your money for their defective items.

What made you choose Displays2Go over similar businesses?

I did not choose them I purchased it through the Walmart website and did not know I was purchasing from a 3rd party vendor
